MOORPARK, Calif. – Kavlico, an operation of Schneider Electric and a global business unit of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) is pleased to announce that they have been chosen to supply the ARJ21 Regional Jet with its Landing Gear Control Lever (LGCL).
This robust device features a solenoid-actuated latch that prevents inadvertent gear up movement. The solenoid inside the LGCL is controlled by signals from the steering control unit to ensure that the lever is held in the down position while the aircraft is on the ground.
