Available in a compact version for simple automation systems, or an expandable version offering up to 50 I/O for enhanced performance, Millenium 3 is the ideal solution for numerous applications, including packaging, access control, vending, irrigation,
pump management and heating and air conditioning system control.

More memory, greater user comfort and increased modularity — Millenium 3 offers all the advantages of the latest generation of logic controllers. It has a number of additional features, including a large backlit LCD screen, program password protection, a 10-year data backup function (even after a power failure), a choice of two programming languages (Ladder and Function Block/Grafcet SFC), as well as enhanced software performance with the addition of new functions and macro editing capability.

As a simple introduction to the logic controller, its intuitive programming and how to set up your first installations, Crouzet offers two Starter Kits (Millenium 3 + programming cable + M3 SOFT software) — one for each of the standard and expandable versions.

A networked logic controller

The Millenium 3 offer also includes both a wired (Modbus/Ethernet/STN modem) and wireless (Bluetooth/GSM modem) communication offer for local or remote equipment supervision and control providing even greater efficiency. The plug and play modem communication solution (comprising an M3MOD interface connected between a Millenium 3 and a preconfigured STN or GSM modem) allows operators to analyse critical data sent direct to their laptop or PC, to implement crucial modifications and then feed them back to the logic controller, all from one location.

Custom adaptation

Crouzet is well-known for its ability to adapt its products to the specific requirements of its customers. Millenium 3 can be adapted as required to meet any specification, to provide, for example, a greater number of I/O, dedicated connections, an epoxy-sealed version for harsh environments, or an extended temperature range.
