Valence, France – Crouzet, a global business unit of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST), was awarded the Quality Performance Prize for the Rhone-Alpes Region in the prefecture of Lyon. The prize acknowledges the most successful business entity for their continuous quality improvements. Crouzet was the prize winner in the category of “Big Group Subsidiaries”.
Crouzet submitted its candidacy for the Quality Prize in February of 2008 and went through an assessment from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in May of 2008. The assessment was based upon the following nine criteria:
Based upon these nine criteria, Crouzet was able to distinguish the company from nearly twenty other competitors, due to Crouzet’s continuous push for customer satisfaction, process improvements, and through the innovation and commitment of its staff.
The Quality Prize provides Crouzet with a comparative benchmark against other successful companies within the region. Crouzet look to this prize as an affirmation of their commitment to continuously monitor and improve Crouzet’s quality progress.
