Benefits

You choose the coverage that meets your needs when you are first eligible for benefits. Each fall during Open Enrollment, you have the opportunity to change your elections for the upcoming year (January 1 through December 31).

For some benefits, CST pays the full cost. For others, you and CST share in the cost. You will receive information about the cost of each benefit option from your local Human Resources Representative. In addition to offering you comprehensive coverage, CST's benefits program also provides you with important tools so that you can live a healthy lifestyle while getting the most out of your benefit plans.

Medical Benefits
Available in California: Kaiser HMO Plan, Blue Cross HMO Plan, Blue Cross PPO Plan. Available in Arkansas: Health Advantage HMO Plan, Blue Cross PPO Plan. All other states: Blue Cross PPO Plan: You pay part of the cost of coverage on a pre-tax basis, or you may decline medical benefits if you have other medical coverage.
Dental Benefits
DeltaCare USA DM0 where available, Delta Dental PPO in all states: You pay part of the cost of coverage on a pre-tax basis, or you may decline coverage.
Vision Benefits
Vision Service Plan (VSP):You pay part of the cost of coverage on a pre-tax basis, or you may decline coverage.
Flexible Spending
Accounts (FSAs)
Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA: You may elect to make pre-tax payroll contributions to either or both of these accounts, or you may decline to participate in an FSA.
Life Insurance
Benefits
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D): CST provides Basic Life, AD&D, and Business Travel Accident coverage at no cost to you. You also have the opportunity to purchase Supplemental Life and Voluntary AD&D coverage. If you choose to enroll in Supplemental Life and Voluntary AD&D insurance, you will pay the cost of your coverage on an after-tax basis. If you buy Supplemental Life or Voluntary AD&D insurance for yourself, you may also purchase coverage for your dependents.
Disability Benefits
Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability: The Company provides Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverage at no cost to you.
Employee Assistance
Program
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): CST provides EAP coverage to all eligible employees and dependents at no cost to you.
Retirement Benefits
401(k) Plan: CST offers a 401(k) Plan that allows you to set aside pre-tax money toward retirement and includes a matching Company contribution from CST.
